Mobile Armchair

The name Memphis was taken from the Bob Dylan song, Stuck Outside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again by a Design Group that caused a sensation when they first exhibited at the 1981 Milan Furniture Fair. The playful character of this furniture style was captured through whimsical, yet sophisticated, design. Our Mobile chair uses simple shapes and forms to create a chair that can go from the Penthouse to the Farmhouse - all in the blink of a finish change.
